Keyboard does not work due to bad keyboard extension cable.
Cause:
The keyboard extension cable attached to the keyboard cable is damaged.
Solution:
Replace the keyboard extension cable.
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Carefully unplug the keyboard connector from the keyboard port on the back of the computer.
3) Carefully remove the extension cable from the keyboard cable.
4) Carefully attach the new extension cable and insert it into the keyboard port.
5) Turn on the computer.
